مؤسسة اهلية غير ربحية تأسست عام 2006 م لتعمل في مجالات عديدة اهمها الاجتماعي والإغاثي والتنموي والصحي . حيث تأسست الجمعية تلبية للحاجة المجتمعية والإنسانية لأبناء شعبنا ولتكون عونا لهم . ولقد حرصت الجمعية منذ نشأتها في الاهتمام بالفئات المهمشة والمعوزة والعمل على تنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع التنموية والخيرية والصحية والإغاثية ويقع مقر الجمعية في فلسطين داخل قطاع غزة وسط بلدة عبسان الكبيرة علما ان الجمعية مسجلة ومعتمدة لدى جهات الاختصاص وزارة الداخلية تحت رقم (7653) ولدى وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية تحت رقم (9084) ولدى وزارة الصحة تحت رقم (4/2010) مركز بلسم الطبي.

A civil, non-profit organization established in 2006 to work in many areas, the most important of which are social, relief, development and health. Where the association was established in response to the societal and humanitarian need of our people and to be of help to them. Since its inception, the association has been keen on taking care of marginalized and needy groups and working on implementing development, charitable, health and relief programs and projects The headquarters of the association is located in Palestine, inside the Gaza Strip Note that the association is registered and approved by the competent authorities, the Ministry of Interior under No. (7653), the Ministry of Social Development under No. (9084), and the Ministry of Health under No. (4/2010) Balsam Medical Center.

<p>1. المساهمة في تنمية وتطوير المجتمع المحلي من خلال اقامة المشاريع التنموية والإغاثية والتعليمية والزراعية المختلفة . 2. تحسين مستوى المعيشة للأسر الفقيرة والايتام وكفالتهم وتوفير مشاريع مدرة للدخل لهم. 3. تقديم خدمات صحية شاملة بما فيها انشاء المراكز الصحية . 4. المساهمة في رعاية وتأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ومرضى الاورام في كافة الجوانب. 5. الاستجابة السريعة للطوارئ والانعاش المبكر للأسر المتضررة في الكوارث والازمات. 6. المساهمة في تمكين الشباب و المرأة والطفل وتفعيل دورهم في المجتمع .</p>
