تأسست جمعية ميلاد لتنمية القدرات الشابة في غزة بموجب قانون الجمعيات الخيرية و الهيئات الأهلية في غزة، تحت ترخيص رقم 7728 و الصادر من وزارة الداخلية الفلسطينية بتاريخ 6/12/2006، و هي جمعية ثقافية - اجتماعية - شبابية - مستقلة تضم في صفوفها الشباب و الشابات الذين ينخرطون في العمل بنشاط من أجل تحقيق أهدافها و غاياتها، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من الحركة الشبابية الفلسطينية العربية التي تناضل من أجل إنجاز مهامها و تجسيد مفهوم العدالة والديمقراطية و المساواة وتنمية القدرات

Milad Association for the Development of Young Capabilities in Gaza was established under the Law of Charitable Societies and NGOs in Gaza, under license No. 7728 issued by the Palestinian Ministry of Interior on 6/12/2006, and it is an independent cultural - social - youth - association that includes young people and Young women who actively engage in work to achieve their goals and objectives, which is an integral part of the Palestinian Arab youth movement that struggles to accomplish its missions and embodies the concept of justice, democracy, equality and capacity development

تسعى جمعية ميلاد لتنمية القدرات الشابة إلى تنمية قدرات الشباب وتمكين وتعزيز دورالمرأة وتوفير سبل دعم الجيل الناشئ من أجل الحصول على أفراد لها القدرة على المشاركة المجتمعية الفاعلة وصولاً لبيئة مجتمعية فلسطينية آمنة .

Milad Association for Youth Capacity Development seeks to develop youth capabilities, empower and enhance the role of women, and provide ways to support the younger generation in order to obtain individuals with the ability to participate in active community participation in order to reach a safe Palestinian community environment.

<p>- المساهمة في دعم العمل علي دعم وتنمية الحريات الشخصية والعامة المنصوص عليها في الدستور لدى مختلف فئات المجتمع . - المساهمة في نشر الثقافة والحضارة الفلسطينية في مختلف أنحاء العالم عن طريق التبادل الثقافي بين مختلف الجمعيات والمؤسسات في العالم . - المساهمة في رعاية النشأ والشباب من اجل خلق بيئة ملائمة اجتماعيا وصحيا و روحيا لإيجاد أجيال قادرة على العمل والمشاركة بفاعلية في عملية البناء والتقدم . - المساهمة في دعم حرية الفكر و الإبداع ورعاية الأعمال الفنية والثقافية والاجتماعية والتطوعية والانفتاح على مختلف الثقافات الإنسانية ونبذ ممارسة الإرهاب الفكري . - المساهمة في تنمية وتطوير القدرات الشابة النسائية وإبراز دور المرأة وإشراكها في جميع النشاطات والمشاريع التي تقوم بها الجمعية .</p>

<p>Contribute to supporting the work to support and develop the personal and public freedoms stipulated in the Constitution among the various groups of society. Contribute to the dissemination of Palestinian culture and civilization in various parts of the world through cultural exchange between various associations and institutions in the world. Contribute to the care of youth and youth in order to create a suitable environment socially, healthily and spiritually to create generations capable of working and actively participating in the process of construction and progress. Contribute to supporting freedom of thought and creativity, sponsoring artistic, cultural, social and voluntary works, openness to various human cultures, and rejecting the practice of intellectual terrorism. Contribute to the development of young women&#39;s capabilities and highlight the role of women and involve them in all activities and projects carried out by the association.</p>
