مركز العمل التنموي معا، مؤسسة فلسطينية أهلية تنموية مستقلة و غير ربحية تأسست في مدينة القدس ، و لديها فروع في الضفة الغربية و مدينة غزة.

MA’AN Development Center is an independent, non governmental, non partisan Palestinian development and training institution established in January,1989, registered by law as a non-profit organization. The main office is located in Ramallah and the four branch offices are located in Gaza, Khan Younis, Tulkarem and Jenin,. MA’AN's work is informed by the necessity of creating independent, self-reliant initiatives that lead to the development of human resources for sustainable development, which incorporate values of self-sufficiency and self-empowerment.

يسعى المركز إلى أن يكون مؤسسة تنموية و تدريبية رائدة و متميزة في نوعية برامجها و مهنيتها و شفافيتها و حسن أدائها، و في علاقاتها مع الجميع ، و في سرعة استجابتها للاحتياجات التنموية الطارئة لمجتمعنا. كما يسعى المركز ليكون رائداً في المجالات التي يعمل بها من خلال سيادة روح الفريق الواحد ، و الالتزام التام بالاحتياجات و الأولويات التنموية لمجتمعنا و إخلاص أسرة المركز بمختلف كفاءتها ليتمكن من الإسهام في بناء و تطوير مؤسساتنا و تدريب كوادرنا البشرية وصولا إلى تحرير الوطن و عودة اللاجئين و إقامة الدولة الفلسطينية الديمقراطية المستقلة و عاصمتها القدس ، و تحقيق التنمية البشرية المستدامة ، و بناء مجتمع مدني ديمقراطي فاعل و منظم مبني على التعددية و سيادة القانون و العدالة الاجتماعية و احترام حقوق الإنسان.

1. تطوير فاعلية و كفاءة و مهنية واستدامة المؤسسات الأهلية و القاعدية و خاصة الشبابية منها. 2. النهوض بالمصادر البشرية الفلسطينية مع التركيز على الشباب و النساء. 3. تعزيز و تطوير مهارات و معارف و اتجاهات المرأة. 4. المساهمة في تمكين و تعزيز الفئات المهمشة و الفقيرة في المجتمعات المحلية و على المستوى الوطني. 5. الإسهام في تعزيز الاعتماد على الذات من خلال التدريب و خلق مشاريع مدرة للدخل

1. Improving the food security situation of the poorest and most marginalized sectors of the Palestinian society at the family & community level 2. To develop and enhance the capacities of the Palestinian NGOs, CBOs and grassroots organizations to be able to fulfill their missions and goals so as to contribute to building a Palestinian civil and democratic society based on political pluralism and respect of human rights 3. To enhance community development and decrease poverty in rural and the most disadvantaged areas 4. To protect and develop the Palestinian environment 5. To raise awareness and advocate for and with the Palestinian community on their national rights at the local, national, and international level.
