Promoting and activating concepts and initiatives for change within Palestinian society, to contribute to raising the cultural, social, health, psychological, and economic levels of Palestinian youth and families, promoting social justice, and representing Palestine and participating in international youth forums and conferences.

انطلاقاً من حرص المجتمعات علي بناء ذاتها وتنمية قدراتها بما يخدم مصالحها وتطورها وبقائها , وبعد دراسة وتقييم المعطيات والحقائق المادية الملموسة الخاصة بالمجتمع وشرائحه المختلفة , قمنا بمبادرة ذاتية نحن شباب وشابات فلسطينيين نشطاء اجتماعيين لدينا الإيمان الأكيد بمبادئ التنمية البشرية ولدينا الخبرة الجيدة في العمل الميداني مع الأهالي والتفاعل مع المجتمع , لتنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع التنموية والتربوية والإغاثية والعمل الجاد مع المجتمع المحلي , من خلال تطبيق وتعزيز مفاهيم المبادرة والتنمية المستدامة والمصالحة والعدالة الاجتماعية والديمقراطية وإيماناً منا بأهمية العمل الأهلي ودوره الإيجابي في بناء المجتمعات قررنا تأسيس جمعية الجليل للتنمية والتطوير (لنخرج قناعتنا وأهدافنا لحيز التطبيق ولنقدم ما نستطيع من خدمات وإمكانيات وتدريبات وبرامج تأهيل تحقق رسالتنا , والعمل علي حشد التأييد والتضامن والتعاون مع الجهات الرسمية والمنظمات والمؤسسات الأهلية الأخرى وشرائح المجتمع لحل مشاكل الشباب والمحافظة علي مصالحهم الحيوية , ولتمارس دورها وواجباتها ولتكون منارة التطوير والتنوير للمجتمع الفلسطيني عبر التميز في تلبية احتياجات الشباب والفئات المهمشة في المجتمع , والمشاركة في عملية البناء والتطوير التنموي . جمعية الجليل للتنمية والتطوير) GSDD)

Based on the societies’ keenness to build themselves and develop their capabilities in a way that serves their interests, development and survival, and after studying and evaluating the tangible material data and facts related to society and its various segments, we, Palestinian young men and women, social activists, have undertaken a personal initiative that has a firm belief in the principles of human development.We have extensive experience in regional work with the people and interaction with development, educational and relief programs and projects, and working with the local community, through applying the concepts of social advocacy, reconciliation, social justice and democracy. And out of our belief in the importance of civil work and its role in building local communities, we established the Galilee Association for Development.(To put our convictions and goals into practice and to provide all the services, capabilities, training and rehabilitation programs we can to achieve our mission, and to work on mobilizing support, solidarity and cooperation with official bodies, organizations, other civil institutions and segments of society to solve the problems of youth and preserve their vital interests, and to exercise its role and duties and to be a beacon of development and enlightenment for Palestinian society.Through excellence in meeting the needs of youth and marginalized groups in society, and participating in the process of development and progress Galilee Society for Development and Reconstruction (GSDD)

The Galilee Society for Development and Advancement is an independent civil society organization that invests in the energies of Palestinian youth and deepens their role in order to take control of their destiny and lead societal change with an approach based on strengthening belonging and identity, through the professional and distinguished application of an integrated system of education, economic empowerment, and capacity development.

 دعم ومساعدة الأسر المهمشة والفقيرة في الاراضي الفلسطينية.  المساعدة في خلق فرص عمل للشباب داخل المجتمع الفلسطيني.  تقديم برامج الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال والسيدات.  المساهمة في تطوير القطاع التعليمي من خلال مراكز تعليمية لفئات الطلاب المختلفة داخل المجتمع.  تنمية وتطوير قدرات الشباب من أجل تحديد أولوياتهم , خططهم  واستراتيجياتهم وإيجاد وتطبيق الحلول المناسبة .  تمكين المبادرات التنموية الفردية والجماعية لتمكين الشباب من المشاركة في صنع القرار الاجتماعي , الاقتصادي والسياسي .  نشر أفكار الحوار وتعزيز حرية الرأي والتعبير ومناقشة أفكار التغيير الاجتماعي ونشر الوعي .  تمثيل فلسطين في المحافل الدولية وبناء جسور ثقافية مع الشباب في مختلف أنحاء العالم .

 Supporting and assisting marginalized and poor families in the Palestinian territories.  Helping create job opportunities for youth within Palestinian society.  Providing psychosocial support programs for children and women.  Contributing to the development of the education sector through educational centers for various student groups within the community.  Developing and enhancing the capacities of youth to identify their priorities, plans,  and strategies, and to find and implement appropriate solutions.  Enabling individual and collective development initiatives to empower youth to participate in social, economic, and political decision-making.  Disseminating ideas of dialogue, promoting freedom of opinion and expression, discussing ideas for social change, and raising awareness.  Representing Palestine in international forums and building cultural bridges with youth around the world.
