الهيئة الأهلية الفلسطينية للبيئة والتنمية والتطوير(PCED) هي مؤسسة فلسطينية أهلية غير حكومية، مستقلة، مرخصة ومعتمدة، تأسست عام 2023 بمبادرة من نخبة من الكوادر الأكاديمية والعلمية والفنية. تسعى الهيئة إلى الإسهام الفعّال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في فلسطين، من خلال حماية البيئة، وتطوير السياسات والبرامج البيئية والتنموية الرائدة، مع التركيز على التمكين المجتمعي وتعزيز الشراكات محليًا ودوليًا

The Palestinian Civil Commission for Environment and Development (PCED) is an independent, licensed, and accredited Palestinian non-governmental organization founded in 2023 by a group of distinguished academics, scientists, and technicians. The Authority seeks to contribute effectively to achieving sustainable development in Palestine through environmental protection and the development of pioneering environmental and development policies and programs, with a focus on community empowerment and strengthening local and international partnerships.
